Cloning is one of the worried subjects for credit card user. Credit card fraud
happens when
consumers provide their credit card confidential information (card number, PIN number, CVV,
OTP, card expiry date, etc) to the unknown person.

When you use your EMV Chip Card at a POS machine or an ATM, you
will need to enter your PIN to complete your transaction. Please remember your
PIN at all times. Your PIN will be the same for both POS and ATM.
How to use your Chip Card at POS?
Step 1:
Merchant will insert the EMV Chip Card into the POS machine and
enter the transaction amount.
Step 2:
Once the POS machine prompts for the PIN, enter your PIN to
complete your transaction
Step 3:
Wait till the POS slip is printed and Customer Copy with 'PIN
Verified' is handed over to you. Please keep the Customer Copy for your record.
CAUTION
Please do not share your PIN with anyone Some POS
terminals at Merchant points may not require PIN authentication for transaction
approval. We highly recommend you use your card in EMV Chip-enabled POS terminals
that require you to enter your PIN.
